Distribution Centre Warehouse – Public Comment Period Correction Notice
Jandakot Airport Holdings Pty Ltd (JAH) has released a draft version of the Major Development Plan for a proposed distribution centre warehouse.
It is noted that the 60 business day public comment period was originally stated as concluding at 5:00pm (WST) on 30 November 2026, however this notice hereby corrects this end date to 5:00pm (WST) on 2 December 2026.
A copy of the draft version of the Major Development Plan is available for viewing during working hours (8;00am to 4:00pm) for 60 business days at the office for JAH at 16 Eagle Drive, Jandakot WA or Major Development Plan - Part 1 and Major Development Plan - Part 2.
JAH invites public submissions in response to the draft version of the Major Development Plan during the next 60 business days, until 5:00pm (WST) on 2 December 2026.

Australian Government’s PFAS Airports Investigation Program
Jandakot Airport is participating in the Australian Government’s PFAS Airports Investigation Program (the Program).

Environmental Resources Management Australia (ERM) is the expert contaminated land specialist engaged to undertake the Program’s investigation at Jandakot Airport.
What is happening on-airport?
Fieldwork commenced in late 2024, continued throughout 2025, and will be finalised in 2026. Activities in 2026 include surveying and sampling new and existing groundwater monitoring wells on airport land, as well as installing and sampling several deeper wells.
ERM will engage with airport tenants impacted by the investigation works ahead of any scheduled activities.
